Welcome to LP Events. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of LP Events’ services and website. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services

LP Events provides event planning, coordination, and event-related services including but not limited to private events, corporate events, themed parties, and VIP experiences. Services provided will be outlined in a written agreement between LP Events and the client prior to the event.

2. Booking and Confirmation

To secure an event date, clients must confirm their booking and pay the required deposit. Event dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been provided by LP Events.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to follow the payment schedule outlined in their event agreement. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

LP Events reserves the right to cancel services if payment terms are not met.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding their event including guest numbers, venue details, and special requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions, permits, or venue approvals are obtained where required.

5. Changes to Events

Clients may request changes to their event plans. LP Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these changes; however, additional fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the request.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in the client’s service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable due to planning work and supplier commitments already made.

In the event of cancellation, any outstanding payments or costs already incurred may still be payable.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

LP Events may work with third-party suppliers including venues, caterers, entertainers, and production teams. While we carefully select trusted partners, LP Events cannot be held liable for failures or issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Event Day Management

LP Events will make every effort to ensure the event runs smoothly according to the agreed plan. However, we cannot guarantee against unforeseen circumstances such as supplier issues, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or other external factors beyond our control.

9. Liability

LP Events shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, event concepts, planning materials, and creative work produced by LP Events remain the intellectual property of LP Events unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Photography and Marketing

LP Events may use photographs, videos, or other media from events for promotional purposes including websites, social media, and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

12. Website Use

Visitors to the LP Events website agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in activities that could harm the website or its users.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected by LP Events will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
